Sunday Barbecue in Wadowice

The Municipal Office in Wadowice is pleased to invite you to participate in the Sunday Barbecue events which will be held on three Summer Sundays (23rd of July, 8th of August and 20th of August). Bulwary nad Skawą is a charming place by the Skawa river – perfect for a family & friends Sunday to spend.  We’re making our best to create a perfect chill zone: you can rest yourself on a sunbed and listen to relaxing music while your children having fun with kids entertainers. We will be working the grill for you: you can either bring in your own food (we will help you to prepare it) or purchase the food and drinks on the spot.

But we have even more attractions for you! It doesn’t take more than about a half an hour to walk to Bulwary nad Skawą from any spot of the city, but you can also hop aboard our special FREE Choo Choo train! The first tour departs from the John Paul II Square at 3.30 p.m. (see the train schedule for the others).

The Tourist Information Centre of Wadowice will also present you its brand new publication: Tastes of the Land of Wadowice. It’s a culinary notebook which explores not only the the history of specific dishes, but also how they are made. During the event you will have a unique chance not only to get the publication for free (English version available) but also to win numerous prizes.
